The United Way Board of Directors has selected Heather Novak to be the next Executive Director of the United Way of Grand Forks -East Grand Forks.
Novak has been serving as the Interim Executive Director since July of 2021 following the resignation of former CEO David Sena.
The Larimore (ND) native has more than 10 years of experience in the nonprofit sector including experience in strategic planning and budget administration. Before joining United Way, in 2019 Novak served as the Chief Financial Officer at Northlands Rescue Mission and the Executive Director at United Day Nursery.
